Returns

All customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items to us for a refund.

Product Condition

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

If an item has been washed or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.

Returns Process

How do I return my order?

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request (Your Order Number)”.

Please note that you can only submit ONE request per order.

Let us know which item you would like to return and the reason for the return.

We will contact you with return instructions once we receive your information.

Note

Shipping costs for returning an item will be your responsibility, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.

Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for returns, please check the details on each specific promotion.

Cancel Order

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] and provide your order number.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled.

We can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, before the order has started to be processed.
