Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your refund within 7-15 business days and the refund will be sent to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, depending on your payment method/card issuer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Some products may incur a restocking fee.
