Shipping policy

Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (EST) Mon-Fri.
Order verification, quality control, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for delivery within 1-3 business days of order placement.
If we are processing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few extra days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
2. Transit Time
This refers to the time and duration it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to their destination.
Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost for all orders is currently $6.99.

7. Damages
Bryon.store is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Damages/Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged product in your email to expedite the process.
