1. 30-Day Return Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. This gives you enough time to review and ensure that the product meets your expectations for quality and style. 2. Return Conditions

To request a return or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

Condition of the product: The product must not be worn, washed, altered or used. The product must be in its original packaging and must have all tags intact.

Signs of use: If the product shows any signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

3. Returns Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Send a Contact Email: Please send an email to [email protected] stating the item you wish to return and the reason. In the email, please include your order number and photos to prove the condition of the item.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase before processing your return.

Return Address: We will provide you with an address to return the item via email. Please do not send the item to the address on the packaging as this may delay the processing of the return.

Provide a Tracking Number: To help us process your return promptly, please provide us with the tracking number of the returned package.

4. Inspect Your Product

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days to ensure it meets our return requirements.

5. Refunds

Once the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will issue you a refund. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when making the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, depending on the processing time of your chosen bank or payment service.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, simply email [email protected] . Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the cancellation and refund you in full. However, after 24 hours, the order will be in the processing stage and we will not be able to cancel it.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider. It may take some time for the refund to be updated.
  • Contact your bank. There will usually be processing time before the refund is credited.
